How to return a product to us

At Scrub Shack our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for any reason within 30 days of purchase.WE DO NOT REFUND OR CHARGEBACK CREDIT CARDS. You can visit our location to exchange your item(s) or exchange by mail. Understandably, we cannot accept exchanges of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. To assure proper credit, all exchanges are subject to inspection upon receipt. There are two ways to exchange an item:

1) Bring it to one of our store with your receipt:

2) Mail it with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided here. Please include: name, address, and contact number on paper with product to be exchanged. Ship via insured mail or carrier. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped. If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note "exchange" on the return label.
